More summer day...

This week Riley is taking private swim lessons again from Dorothy Loftin, one of the girls I teach with. I was so proud of how much he remembered from last year. On the way over there, he kept telling me that he was not going to put his face in the water. Magically she asked, and he responded at least 8-10 times. He is doing great. I had to laugh at him today, though. She told him to put his face under and swim to her. He looked seriously at her and said, "I'm not ready yet!" So she asked what are you ready to do? He responded, "Jump up and put a big bubble in my mouth and go under water." She willingly obliged and then conned him into swimming to her.

After it is all over, he gets rewarded for his hard work with a yummy popsicle.
